After the international knee day has established as a big worldwide online congress, we would like to expand this concept to include basic courses. We would like to start with an osteotomy course. In this 4 hour online event, the basics of the knee joint osteotomy will be explained with regard to indications, preparative planning, surgical technique of HTO and rehabilitation. For preoperative planning we plan a practical workshop with exercises. The surgical technique is to be illustrated in an interactive video session. The course is accompanied by interesting case presentations. It will be possible to participate and discuss interactively in the chat. The course should end with an MC test. After passing the course, each participant in the first knee academy receives a basic certificate for knee osteotomy. We look forward to meeting you on January 25th, 2022 at our live event on screen.
